∎ Night Shift (10 pm - 6 am)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to Canada to set appointment with our clients.
∎ Support Canada Nationalities over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Candidates have fluent in English and have no thick Accent.
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT appliance.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems, determines the cause of error or stoppage, applies corrective techniques in cases where problems can be corrected, may arrange for repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Knowledge about troubleshooting on following
∎ VMware
∎ Microsoft Exchange
∎ Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
∎ Spam filtering
∎ Anti-virus endpoints
∎ Outlook
∎ Printing
∎ Mapping
∎ Windows 10 issues
∎ Microsoft office
∎ VPN
∎ Citrix
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
