Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Buying House, Tannery/Footwear, Furniture Manufacturer, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

• Bachelor/Honors

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Buying House, Tannery/Footwear, Furniture Manufacturer, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

• Age 26 to 35 years

• 2-4 years of experience in Garments or Footwear or Furniture/Home textiles
• Sourcing & Purchasing knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related unsold (stock lot products)
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Will get preference who have experience to handle stock lot (unsold products)
• Computer skills, Strong Communication skills in English
• Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
• Can handle with big volume Stock Lot (Cancelled order, Container block etc)
• Proficient in English Writing & Speaking.

Good negotiation & Sourcing skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Commercial Mindset: A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to think strategically about procurement and sales.
• English Proficiency: Excellent English-speaking skills to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
• Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel for managing stocks details.
• Sales Experience: Any previous experience in sales would be a significant advantage.

Your Role:

As an International Commercial, you will have the unique opportunity to work with international suppliers and manage the procurement of overstocks. Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and Negotiation: - Prospect for Overstocks: Identify and reach out to suppliers with potential overstocks. - Pre-negotiate Prices: Secure the best possible prices for the overstocks through effective negotiation.

Collaboration and Communication: - Work with International suppliers: Engage with suppliers from various countries, ensuring clear and effective communication. - Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
