We are a UK-based company looking for energetic and results-driven individuals to join us as Freelance International Cold Callers (UK Market). This is a full-time, remote freelancing opportunity, ideal for candidates in Bangladesh who have excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. As a freelance team member, you will work from home and connect with UK-based prospects to generate qualified leads and support our international sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Cold calling is a numbers game– the more calls you make the more sales you can achieve.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK using provided scripts and lead lists.
- Clearly communicate the value of our products/services and identify client needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the in-house sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update client information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly freelancing targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Collaborate virtually with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Participate in regular online meetings and training sessions to improve performance and stay aligned with business goals.

- Salary Review: Half Yearly
Your salary will be performance-based and will depend on the number of sales you achieve.
Your daily target is just 2-3 sales. Hitting your target means you unlock your full salary plus performance bonuses!
