• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Buying House, Tannery/Footwear, Furniture Manufacturer, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• 2-4 years of experience in Garments or Footwear or Furniture/Home textiles

• Sourcing & Purchasing knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related unsold (stock lot products)

• Good leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure.

• Will get preference who have experience to handle stock lot (unsold products)

• Computer skills, Strong Communication skills in English

• Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.

• Can handle with big volume Stock Lot (Cancelled order, Container block etc)

• Proficient in English Writing & Speaking.

• Good negotiation & Sourcing skills.

Main Job Purpose

• Prospecting worldwide to buy overstocks and unsold items at the best prices in order to sell them to international customers:

• Prospecting the markets : Inquiring about new suppliers through internet, fairs, magazines and data bases ; update its own database by expanding the researches to an international level

• Assessing the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of the cost, time quality and quantity (verify the seriousness and reliability of potential suppliers)Ø Ensure that the products are compliant to the quality standards and to the regulations of the target markets

• Negotiating the best possible conditions considering the technical and commercial objectives

• Constitute qualified files

• Placing the orders with the best possible conditions for the company

• Communicating with International Buyer to help to place order

• Ensuring the proper conduct of the procedure and the observance of rules and deadlines

• Manage the claims and litigation with the customers and suppliers

• Help the claims with the suppliers
