Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Graduate students or students of final semester from Textile Engineering/ IPE.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IE Based floor work in sewing section.
∎ Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
∎ Should have knowledge on Cycle Time, Basic Time, Allowance, SMV, OB, Line Balancing, Change Over Time, Productivity, Efficiency, WIP etc.
∎ Conducting Capacity Study, Method Study, Production Study, Time Study, Line Balancing etc.
∎ Plan and oversee all layouts & re-engineering for better productivity.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Maintain file for own task (Documentation).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female Candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have knowledge on computer (specially MS Office).
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
