∎ M.Com (Accounting) or MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance/ Management) from any recognized University and C.A Inter/ Application (Old Syllabus preferred)/ Certificate Level Passed of ICAB.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic annual audit program for the Company and implement audit procedures and methodology.
∎ Lead audit teams to execute audit procedures so that the audit functions are performed efficiently and effectively and ensure transparency and accountability at all sorts of activities of Company.
∎ Lead team in preparing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual audit reports of various types for the use of the top management or the board of directors.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge and hands on experiences on yarn costing, fabric costing and different parameters i.e. yarn count, EPI, PPI, reed space, reed count, width, total ends and garments costing and garments CM, Washing plant.
∎ Embark upon investigation, if needed, to find facts behind financial or any functional anomalies that happened and submit reports with recommendation.
∎ Monitor and guide job performance of the auditors in conducting regular audit and follow up activities in an effective, professional and timely manner.
∎ Develop audit program, guide/procedures and internal control function for internal auditor(s) to implement audit program and procedures.
∎ Lead any special inspections, investigations, examinations or reviews on frauds, suspect cases or irregularities requested by the senior management or independently.
∎ Review systems and operations to assess the extent to which organizational objectives are achieved and the adequacy of controls over activities leading to such achievement.
∎ Review company's risk management policies and procedures and work on improving the processes and minimize enterprise Risk Management of the Group.
∎ Evaluate the relevance, reliability and integrity of management and financial information.
∎ Ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and instructions.
∎ Lead, guide, supervise, motivate, discipline, train, build capacity and manage performance of all staff in the audit department.
∎ Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ Pre-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc.
∎ Submit various reports on variances (standard & actual), process loss & other related issues as assigned by the Top Management
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about the IAS/IFRS/ISA, Income Tax & VAT Act & Rules, Customs, Company Act, Labor Rules regarding company matters and the BTMA & BGMEA rules.
∎ • Must have clear understanding about LC (Sight/Deferred/UPAS/EDF/Local/Foreign) open, acceptance, amendment, cancellation, retirement and payment process.
∎ Must have the practical experience of Auditing the monthly salary & wages & Overtime bills including other bills for day to day Revenue and capital expenditures under the Group.
∎ To monitor & Check over the inventory management.
∎ To check and verify the market rate of all local purchased items.
∎ To check procurement system as per company policy and procedures.
∎ To verify all transportation bills, repairs & maintenance bill for various issues like machinery's, generators, air conditioners, vehicle and civil, mechanical & electrical works in the company
∎ Always ready to serve any kind of challenging task provided by the Management.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Excellent persuasion skill.
∎ Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), rules, regulations and best practice.
∎ Proven knowledge on Spinning, Textile (woven), Garments & Washing & Dyeing sector.
