Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to support our IT team with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and basic development tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world IT projects, web technologies, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support to employees.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Support small programming tasks using Python.
Update and maintain web pages using HTML.
Assist with MySQL database queries and updates.
Help with system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
