∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Strong interest in human resources management and desire to learn and grow in the field.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
∎ Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
∎ Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
∎ Participate in employee engagement activities and support the organization of company events.
∎ Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
∎ Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related topics.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
