• Age 28 to 45 years
• Only Male

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of proven professional experience in showroom décor, swimming pool décor, building interiors, and market décor.
• Solid knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting solutions, color psychology, and space planning.
• Experience in supervising contractors and managing on-site project execution.

Position Summary

The Interior Architect will lead the design, planning, and execution of interior and décor projects across the company’s real estate portfolio, including showrooms, markets, commercial buildings, and swimming pool environments. The role requires a creative yet practical professional with strong technical skills and proven experience in delivering aesthetic, functional, and brand-aligned interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative interior architecture concepts for showrooms, markets, swimming pool areas, and building interiors.
• Create detailed design proposals, including layout plans, 3D renderings, material boards, and mood boards.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity, functional requirements, and user experience goals.

Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare complete working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for all décor-related works.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to integrate designs efficiently.
• Visit sites regularly to oversee décor implementation and ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Monitor project timelines, material approvals, and quality control for all interior development activities.

Vendor & Material Management

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for décor elements and materials.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and design requirements.
• Support procurement in sourcing cost-effective and durable décor materials.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Present design concepts and progress updates to management and clients as required.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing interior solutions.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure that all interior works comply with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and project records for future reference.
