Education:
- Diploma in Engineering
Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or power plant preferred.
Middle East / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and technical manuals.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

Shall have industrial high school diploma as mandatory requirement.
Shall have 8 years’ experience minimum as instrument technician and should be able to maintain various field instruments, control valves, transmitters etc. in continuous process /fertilizer/ petrochemical industry
Shall have knowledge of testing, trouble shooting and calibration of instruments and systems.
Shall have ability to read and interpret engineering drawings circuit diagrams and various instruments drawings.
Shall pass MFC qualification interview.
Shall have acceptable English (Spoken, reading and writing).
Shall have basic computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, inspect, maintain, and calibrate field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers)
Perform loop checking, commissioning, and functional testing
Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, actuators, and positioners
Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Troubleshoot instrumentation, PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems
Support plant startups, shutdowns, and turnaround activities
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Saudi regulations
Supervisory & Specialist Responsibilities (as applicable):
Lead and supervise instrumentation teams
Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and project activities
Handle complex instrumentation and control system issues
Provide technical guidance and training to technicians
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
Prepare reports, permits, and job completion documentation
