∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop competency-based training modules and relevant teaching-learning materials on retail sales, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer services.
∎ Ensure effective delivery of training sessions based on the approved training modules.
∎ Prepare lesson plans and monitor trainees’ progress.
∎ Arrange competency-based assessments.
∎ Ensure trainees' attendance, prevent drop-out, and monitor the completion rate.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least two years’ practical work experience in development sector or retail sales sector.
∎ Some experience as an outlet manager in a reputed retail outlet will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
