∎ Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Competency Based Training (CBT) packages for adolescent and adult learners.
∎ Ensure the effective delivery of training sessions based on the approved training modules.
∎ Develop lesson plans and monitor learners’ progress.
∎ Arrange competency-based assessments.
∎ Build partnerships with industry/enterprises/private or public sector agencies for job placement.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation and manage compliance issues.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least two years’ practical work experience in relevant sectors.
∎ Certified on Competency Based Training & Assessment under National Technical and Vocational Qualification Framework (Level-IV) is preferred.
