Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers across importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders o
promote international freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, Land).
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital platforms to introduce company services.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable freight solutions (FCL, LCL, Air, Cross-trade, Customs).
Prepare and send quotations in coordination with pricing and UAE operations teams.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer interactions and pipeline data.
Follow up on quotes and inquiries to convert them into confirmed shipments.
Assist with preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (pricing, documentation, operations) for smooth customer onboarding.
Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to improve service offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
