Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment coordination for air and sea freight (FCL/LCL).

  • Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.

  • Coordinate with the head office for daily shipment updates and status reports.

  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the system and update shipment tracking.

  • Provide customers and UAE office with updates on cargo ETAs, delays, or exceptions.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving queries and issues promptly.

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure service excellence.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

  • Assist with coordinating customs clearance and regulatory compliance as required.
