• Industry:- Freight Forwarding will be an added advantage

• Should be from Freight Forwarding industry holding experience into sales.

• Managing daily accounting tasks.

• Overseeing all banking activities.

• Communicating with clients and vendors.

• Handling local tax returns and filings.

• Coordinating with the legal advisor for the submission of challans and monthly/yearly returns.

• Collaborating with the legal advisor on business registration progress.

• Finalizing accounts, assisting with audits, maintaining ledgers, managing fixed asset accounts, and executing all other accounting activities.

• Recording cash and bank transactions in Tally and reporting to management.

• Managing petty cash.

• Tracking ETD and advising the Dubai team on freight invoices.

• Regularly checking the online tracker.

• Creating invoice reminder MTO file numbers and coordinating accordingly.

• Arranging payments for agents both overseas and locally.

• Following up on local agent payments.

• Organizing salary, rent, and other payments in compliance with Bangladesh regulations.

• Overseeing all administrative tasks related to the office.
