Job Context:
∎ Increase Quality performances of factories and Bangladesh
∎ Train factories about LC Waikiki memorandums and requirements
∎ Ensure all proper conductions done before bulk started; such as preproduction, fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, packing, metal deduction, accessories attachment.
∎ Ensure in-lines conducts on time and all styles are conducted without any missing Avoid styles are running incorrect lines/ units / factories based on capability
∎ Perform AQL and send report to the concern of HO/LO.
∎ Set improvement targets & goals with Management & Supervisors
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that LC WAIKIKI image and reputation as a leading Retailer is protected at all times.
∎ Present LC Waikiki in all the areas with corporation and professional way.
∎ Locating and evaluating potential new vendors to assess their capability to achieve LC Waikiki’s required levels of quality.
∎ Coaching vendors into understanding and applying Tema’s processes, documentation, and quality standards
∎ Organize periodic technical training to agents and manufacturers regarding general Tema standards and requirements as well as best practices of manufacturing, production, production flow, quality control systems, machinery utilization and efficiency.
∎ Collate date on existing reoccurring production problems and prepare action plans to prevent, improve and solve such problems. These may be picked up in turkey by quality team as well as the sourcing merchandiser or can be observed during inline or final inspection in the factories by the local QA team
∎ Manage QA (garment technologists and inline technicians) within the local office and deal with day to day quality issues.

∎ Identify potential quality, management and delivery problems within the factories we work with whenever possible and communicate back to Tema HQ Sourcing directors
∎ "
∎ Make a decision on failed shipment of critical styles when asked by the relevant Sourcing .
∎ Train the QA Team for general work flow, technical issues, attitude to colleagues, sourcing merchandiser, manufacturer etc.
∎ Review Daily, weekly work plan of QA’s and make necessary adjustment
∎ Review all preproduction and production samples (showroom, p/p and gold seal) of VIP styles and check final inspection reports done by QA for accuracy
∎ Ensure that Tema QA have all the updated documentations and approved samples necessary to do inline and final inspection through implementing a proper tracking and checking system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Fluent spoken and written English
∎ Having significant experience in Management roles
∎ Good communication skills with internal and external customers
∎ Required to have a disciplined approach to process controls
∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated
∎ Ability and willingness to travel frequently
