Require a strong engineer for Trouser production factory.

Must be able to design the following.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure zero to minimum time applied for change over
- Able to make perfect OB with machine and equipment
- Motion study to ensure perfect sewing line setup as per style
- Must control from sample making and pattern/marker
- Mechanical department must be managed by IE
- Should calculate SMV and do costing for marketing team
- Thread consumption
- Reduce manpower and encourage lean practice
