∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Graduation or Post graduation degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ Equivalent Degree with relevant working experience

Job Context:
∎ Garment Division (Jackets and Outerwear)
∎ DEPZ Based Factory - Dong Bang Facilities (BD) Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of creation of the SMV calculations for all of the garments which will be produced in the factory
∎ Doing productivity analysis of the factory; estimating line capacity for new development of styles based on sketch and samples.
∎ Study, record time, motion, method and speed involved in performance of production.
∎ Providing CMT estimation to merchandising department (estimated labor cost and productivity).
∎ Minimizing wastage & increasing utilization of labor, machine and materials.
∎ Ensuring efficiency and productivity of factory processes.
∎ Preparing manpower requirement based on target given.
∎ Co-ordination with other departments heads:
∎ I. Planning: allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly based plan on the history of line and factory efficiency. Improving pre-production activities.
∎ II. Factory Manager: Cut plan & finishing plan based on delivery priority.
∎ III. Human Resource: For training/change of staff if workers are not efficient enough.
∎ Responsible for factory audit, to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by the line supervisor.
∎ Doing research and explore new machinery and latest systems, preparing the cost benefits for this.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in IE department on garments factory
∎ Must have experience working with ERP software.
