∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy, Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work study which includes time, motion, method study and capacity study of the operator.
∎ Determining workers personal target.
∎ Hourly production monitoring & follow up, line balancing, increase the productivity of the company.
∎ Give the operation breakdown & layout to the production.
∎ Production & Efficiency follow-up based on SMV.
∎ Calculate the efficiency and idle time of the entire production floor.
∎ To prepared Skill inventory report line & floor wise.
∎ IE Implementation in finishing section.
∎ Go through the machine breakdown report and order the maintenance for recovery all of these.
∎ Get ready with evaluation paper for all new recruitments (Quality, operator & helper).
∎ Prepared thread consumption for all kinds new style.
∎ Analyzing all the samples, Finalized SMV, Machine and manpower allocation.
∎ Line wise Machine planning as per Operation Bulletin.
Salary: Negotiable
