Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency,
∎ Do Method study, Motion Study, Time Study and Line Balancing,
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage,
∎ Determine SMV,
∎ Do garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out,
∎ Do risk analysis & identify critical operation,
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues,
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine & materials,
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency,
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have minimum experience of 5 years,
∎ The applicant should have experience in planning & work study area,
∎ The applicant should have experience in sweater factory.
∎ Must have organized and fluent in English
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and good personality
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, internet, word and excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.

Salary: Negotiable
