∎ We are seeking an experienced Production Leader to oversee a large team working with advanced machinery and world-class manufacturing processes.
∎ The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in independently managing production units, coupled with strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities to drive operational excellence.
∎ The job location will be near Dhaka.
∎ The candidate should have experience in Metal Printing Industry/Cans Making Industry.
∎ As a Metal Printing, Metal cans & Metal Decoration Production Head, must look after many such machines and run a big team over 24H production.
∎ Metal printing machine operations, maintenance, Capacity utilization, breakdown reduction, Management, etc.
∎ To facilitate & participate in team activities of Metal Printing Machine.
∎ Overall planning of printing jobs of new/received/scheduled orders of customers on narrow webs, coordinating functions among sections producing Metal packaging daily.
∎ Educating and training team leaders by providing on-the-job demonstrations to ensure continuous development of efficient processes.
∎ Updating colleagues on new SOPs, trends & techniques regularly.
∎ Routine shop floor visits to inspect & rectify faulty processes, and parameters and find out root causes to eliminate recurrence of machine problems, process failures, etc.
∎ Attending customer feedback, and complaints and devising optimum solutions for better customer service.
∎ Supervising & actively coordinating inventory movement, timely requisitions, and periodical spare parts health checkups.
∎ Assisting Management by generating & providing adequate data, and information to make successful business expansions.
∎ Closely assist Management in developing new products with an emphasis on ensuring business viability from a production point of view.
∎ Manage, encourage, and develop human resources within the respective production departments.
∎ Any Other Job as and when assigned by the Management.
