Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Embroidery In Charge to join our team! We offer competitive wages and great benefits.
∎ You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the two Shift embroidery department and executing the daily production plan.
∎ Supervise team of workers.
∎ Check programming is correct before each new run.
∎ Help train and evaluate employees.
∎ Follow quality standards and check quality of embroidery on produced pieces.
∎ Track daily output.
∎ Report safety issues and policy violations to management.
∎ Keeps routine maintenance protocols and reports malfunction machines.
∎ Update production logs in computer systems.
∎ Read work orders & basic computer entry.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
