Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review & Monitor the Personalization, Procurement & Delivery Team of Card
∎ Monitor the Card Management Software (CMS) and Operation
∎ Monitor the Business Support Team
∎ Communicate with relevant Stakeholders
∎ Monitor the Reconciliation, 24 Hour Customer Support Team
∎ Handle transactions & hold truncation's
∎ Close monitoring of Card Closing, Settlement, Maintenance, PIN Mailer Team
∎ Ensure UAT & Testing for new product
∎ Internal & External Compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in reputed banks with 4 years' experience in related field
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Strong knowledge of Centralized Operations, Card Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management is required
∎ Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
