∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering..
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, management team& Buyers
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ To follow up Planning & operation according to booking order.
∎ To prepare report on production, monthly stock & Inventory report.
∎ To Optimization of the process & processing wastage.
∎ To follow up Parameters & follow up batching as per programmed.
∎ To find out All Over Printing, Dyeing & Finishing fault and solve this fault.
∎ To find out MC wise productivity & efficiency.
∎ To execute production plan on the basis of order, capacity & time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ To Optimization of finishing process & to reduce process loss.
∎ To maintain coordination between All Over Printing, Dyeing & Finishing unit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
∎ Should have experience in working with Knit Based Textile
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
