∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make TNA Plan for a confirmed Garments Order, from procurement to shipment, considering Raw material booking and in-housing (knitted fabric, accessories) on-time as per shipment schedule.
∎ Order Tracking from procurement to shipment.
∎ Ability of follow up finished fabric booking to warehouse received.
∎ Align with Cut Plan and target cutting production.
∎ Make sewing line loading plan and daily follow up with production, IE and merchandiser to ensure daily productivity.
∎ Work with merchandiser for on-time PP approvals to start bulk production of fabric, cutting, embellishment such as print, embroidery, washing, sewing & finishing.
∎ Back calculate from shipment date to fabric receive, align the sewing line loading plan and production plan with proper balancing.
∎ Work out PP Meeting Schedule with Merchandiser
∎ Work out Weekly and Monthly Final Inspection Schedule of the priority orders.
∎ Ensure order tracking from Fabric receipt, Cutting, Sewing, Embellishment (Print, Embroidery, Wash), Finishing and on-time pre-final/ final inspection for shipment on-time.
∎ Work closely with production manager and merchandiser.
∎ Ensure production is running as per TNA Plan set by Planning Dept. strictly by production concerned and merchandiser
∎ Follow material checklist for on-time fabric, accessories in-housing to support sewing and finishing floor.
∎ Create the company's supply chain strategy
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
∎ Find Cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (Yarn, Chemical, Accessories etc.)
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
∎ Ensure proper management of Identifying & segregation of damaged / expired/ rejected or unusable stock and managing their disposal in time.
∎ To prepare & submit various kinds of reports as and when required.
∎ Any other required by Management.
