Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any Discipline/ Degree in Textile or Production Engineering from any recognizes university/Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ knowledge on Garment Analyzing & methods, machines, folders and attachments.
∎ Knowledge of SMV calculation, preparing operation breakdown/Layouts and calculate Man & Machinery requirement.
∎ Practical Experience of Line Balancing and WIP Controlling.
∎ Capability to improve the productivity of all resource activities.
∎ Follow up the Skill inventory & Monitoring workers Targets.
∎ Analyzing the performance and develop skills and capacities of workers.
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of Man & Machines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Required work experience in woven products. Experience in outer/ work wear will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
