Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Bachelor degree in Textile Engineer.
• Bachelor in Engineering (B. Engr:) in Industrial Engineering.
• Must be a graduate of a reputable university.
• Training/Trade Course: Six Sigma, 5s, Lean Manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Floor/ Line Management, Production Management: Cutting ; Sewing and Finishing.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven Jacket and Bottom).
• Candidate must be capable of working in a team environment
• Must have experience in practicing lean manufacturing concepts.

• Regular responsibilities of an IE Include
• Daily operation breakdown for Highly padded; Quilting ; Fake down ; 2 in 1 jacket ; all types bottom.
• Machine layout and bulletin
• Man-Machine report
• Bottleneck monitoring in production lines
• Training production staff on efficiency
• Production monitoring as per set target
• Daily line-wise target setup
• Wastage control
• Prepare regular loss time
• Prepare regular SMV calculation
• Calculate WIP of lines
• Method Study + Method development
• Motion Study
• Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity
• Research and development for improving all factory department.
