• Operator Selection:Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of new machine operators based on skill requirements.

• Production Floor Support:Provide technical assistance to the production floor, ensuring smooth implementation of new styles and resolving process-related issues

• Operation Bulletin & Process Layouts:

• Prepare detailed operation bulletins and process layouts for each style to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.

• Sketch Costing:

• Analyze and prepare preliminary costings based on garment sketches, construction details, and operation breakdowns.

• Thread Consumption Calculation:

• Accurately estimate thread requirements for each style to support procurement and cost planning.

• Accessories Consumption Analysis:

• Determine accessory consumption per style to ensure accurate costing.

• Monthly Workforce Planning:

• Prepare monthly reports outlining worker requirements based on production plans and style complexities.

• Machine Requirement Planning:

• Develop monthly machine requirement reports and coordinate machine allocation according to production needs.

• Machine Management:

• Oversee machine utilization and ensure the availability of appropriate machinery for each style and operation.

• Folder & Attachment Planning:

• Identify and prepare the necessary folders, guides, and attachments required for efficient operation setup.

• Risk Analysis Coordination:

• Organize and lead risk analysis meetings to identify potential production challenges and develop mitigation strategies.

• Reporting:

• Generate Line feeding and startup reports, summaries, and maintain all relevant reports related to costing.
