Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Production Management (Sewing), Work Study, CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Ability to work with lean environment & previous experience manufacturing woven and knitted garments products will be advantageous.
∎ Knowledge of work measurement, Method improvement,
∎ Work place arrangement, Layout Costing & Method analysis is essential.
∎ Must Processes a GSD license & should be able to work on GSD system.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
∎ Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
∎ By Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement.
∎ Finalize manpower budget, bulletin & production target focus to in time shipment
∎ Prepare operational Layout plan with man, machine & product mix.
∎ Maintain co-ordination with production planning team, merchan team & other production support team to ensure quality production & in time shipment.
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis.

∎ Age 31 to 37 years

∎ Must be computer literate & have a strong command of English.
∎ Highly energetic & Self - Motivated employee who is willing to climb up in the career ladder.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team his staff.
∎ Should possess enthusiasm, interpersonal skill and be an excellent team player.
