∎ Age at least 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily, weekly & monthly check of every process machine & maintain individual machine performance logs.
∎ Allocate manpower to ensure effective tasks.Ensure accurate record keeping of all machinery documents related to process machines.
∎ Perform thorough checkups during scheduled maintenance of process machines, addressing each critical points.
∎ Coordinate with the workshop in-charge to produce or procure required spare parts by providing samples or drawings.
∎ Oversee the effectiveness, productivity & longevity of machine performance.
∎ If imported spare parts are needed, gather detailed technical data, pictures or parts numbers & discuss with the department chief.
∎ Implement cost-reduction measures & energy saving activities across the operations.
∎ Conduct thorough preventive maintenance checks, whether machines are running or off.
∎ Prepare monthly budgets, maintain records of consumable spare parts & submit reports to the department chief
