Responsibilities & Context:
Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics in specially sewing machine.
Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines.
Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machineries.
Have to setup the line layout like Machine arranges, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
Have to monitor the daily use parts check & new parts check like knife, needle plate, rotary hook, lopper change.
To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
To run the TPM system efficiently & should have the leadership capability to lead at least 50 people team.
