∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. SMV / SOT calculation of the particular article/ style by time study.
∎ 2. Daily IE report/documents making and submit to the department head on time.
∎ 3. To implement the 5S, training on the supervisor and team members for improving the productivity and cooperate the compliance culture.
∎ 4. To coordinate the production team for line balancing based on takt time and also help the manpower balancing the production line to make sure right production in right time in right manner.
∎ 5. Implement the lean manufacturing tools for better industrial output and set the KIP to production team for achieving the company goals and target.
∎ 6. To make the operation bulletin (OB)/ Layout and provide the production line before QCO.
∎ 7. Statistical analysis for the continuous improvement and calculate the daily line cost and reduce the waste of production and improve the productivity process by process.
∎ 8. Identify the complex process and method development for smoothing the production.
∎ 9. To maintain the skill matrix and take initiative to improve the team members skill and update the skill matrix monthly.
∎ 10. Create the factory capacity data bank, SMV data bank for advance manpower allocation and making the advance layout of the different article/ style.
∎ 11. To keep record the NPT and take imitative with production team and other concern department to reduce/ eliminate the NPT.
∎ 12. To give the better support of QCO for increasing the production Leadtime and reduce the non- value-added process.
