Responsibilities & Context:
· Should be known about finishing policy
· Should knowledge about poly, packing and carton etc.
· Knowledge about inspection.
· Preparing operation bulletin, layout etc.
· Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
· Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
· Non-productive time calculation.
· Operator’s skill test & skill matrix preparation
· Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring
· Closely work with the production floor / line management
· Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
· Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
· Good command in both written and spoken English
· Good inter-personal & communication skills
· Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
· Work experience with buyer H&M will be given preference
