Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering from any public or reputed university.
∎ Graduate from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), Bangladesh University of
∎ Engineering and Technology (BUET), Shahjalal University of Science and Technology
∎ (SUST) and National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate machine wise Dyeing & Finishing capacity.
∎ Setting machine wise daily Dyeing & Finishing target.
∎ Follow up the production output based on the target.
∎ Root cause analysis for failing to achieve the production target.
∎ Analyzing backlog, NPT & fault of dyeing and make appropriate action plan to reduce NPT & enhancing product quality.
∎ Sound knowledge of different type of dyeing process, recipe & corrective action against
∎ particular fault/problem.
∎ Tracking and maintaining M:L ratio accurately (various category).
∎ Utilize maximum of Man, Machine & Material.
∎ Basic knowledge about knitting production calculation, parameter setting for different types of knitted fabric, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Work Experience: 01 - 03 years in related field' in any reputed Knit Composite Factory.
