Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare operation bulletin with man, machine, materials details (Jacket).
∎ Thread consumption & folder requirement.
∎ Setting up Line Layout as the operation bulletin.
∎ Sewing line balancing balance as per line target
∎ Setting up standard work method.
∎ Increase the responsible line performance & efficiency.
∎ Make report & update to management.
∎ Day & monthly line cost & profit calculation & Loss time (NPT) calculation.
∎ Find out bottlenecks and eliminate the barriers.
∎ Time study, Capacity study, Method study, Motion study & Follow up study.
∎ Provide individual line target to each operation and daily target for planning.
∎ Line performance, efficiency and Productivity calculation.
∎ Control wastage and reduce manufacturing cost.
∎ Sample analysis; make operation easier in development stage.
∎ New operator recruit by skill analysis & keep inventory report.
∎ Prepare daily efficiency and performance report and update to management.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Material, Method & achieve higher productivity
