Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in IPE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to be expert in knit jacket operation bulletin.
∎ Must have experience on MIS Report.
∎ Regular responsibilities of an IE Include:
∎ Daily Operation breakdown
∎ Machine layout and bulletin
∎ Man-Machine report
∎ Bottleneck monitoring and production lines
∎ Training production staff.
∎ Production monitoring as per set target
∎ Daily line-wise target setup
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method study + Method Development
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine productivity
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
∎ Check all the SMV's for cost before handing them over to the merchandisers.
∎ Check the capability of the style during the order inquiry stage.
∎ Follow up the production & take necessary action for achievement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be willing to reside close to Factory
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ Must be able to type Bangla and English.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in writing & speaking English
Salary: Negotiable
