Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Implementation of ICT and MIS:
∎ Support in developing EMIS system, Develop and analytics tools, mapping and data visualization software Maintain project MIS and input project information
∎ Implement ICT and MIS strategy for SCE
∎ Support to develop monitoring MIS tools and techniques for SCE
∎ Prepare tools and technique for data collection and provide support for quality data input Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project through various approaches using both
∎ Qualitative and Quantitative process.
∎ Support to develop and implement of the Quality Benchmark checklist for the activities
∎ Training and materials development:
∎ Support in conducting capacity assessment and in preparing capacity inventory
∎ Develop training plan considering the needs for the Education Supervisor
∎ Develop and assist in developing different training course and training materials for the project
∎ Conduct training courses, workshops and refreshers as and when required.
∎ Research and documentation:
∎ Assist research/ survey designing as needed in the project.
∎ Prepare reports regularly– monthly, quarterly, and annual as required.
∎ Supervise data collection for research/study/survey as stated in program proposal
∎ Liaison/external relations
∎ Keep liaison with BNFE for effective project implementation and enhancing quality.
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learnt, government’s new policies and programs etc to the appropriate forums when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT and MIS activities preferably in Education Job related knowledge: Knowledge of ICT and MIS to develop the system of education program monitoring and evaluation including constraints and issues in the NFE in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience on ICT and MIS.
∎ Training and facilitation skill
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Excellent in teamwork and net working
∎ Good in documentation
∎ Competent in undertaking quantitative data analysis using computer software particularly SPSS, Excel and ACCESS.
∎ Competent in using qualitative data collection tools and technique such as PRA and participatory monitoring and evaluation (PME).
∎ Fluent in English speaking and good in report writing.
