∎ We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will work directly with us. This role will see you head up the HR function for an integral, corporate division of the organization. You will report to the executive with a dotted line to the Corporate Head of HR based interstate. This role has a balanced mix of operational and strategic elements where you can support the business imperatives whilst working towards implementing cultural change. The organization works in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You will assist in aligning the operational people agenda with the overarching HR plan.
∎ Work hour: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
∎ Weekdays: Monday to Friday
∎ Type: Remotely (WFH) at the moment
∎ Needed ASAP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the complete HR cycle for all employees
∎ Designing and developing application roadmaps with a primary focus on Recruitment and Core HR
∎ Establishing workforce recruitment, engagement and retention programs (meet KPI)
∎ Coaching line managers on best-people practice
∎ Engage with employees and management to create a high-performance team
∎ Assist with employee relations issues and case management
∎ Champion change and staff development during transformation
∎ Understand the business drivers and act proactively to implement solutions
∎ Review and report on HR metrics and people trends
∎ Develop and document high-level designs and deliver technology-enabled products, initiatives and/or services
∎ Develop people capability that allows appropriate engagement, rotation, skills transfer within and with both internal functions and external partners
∎ Drive innovation and automation in line with our digital agenda whilst always remaining focused on being connected to our customers
∎ Producing data insight, analysis and reports that support recommendations and solutions that drive key business decisions

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
∎ Tertiary Qualifications in HR or related discipline with several years
∎ operational HR generalist experience
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in organizational design and development
∎ Demonstrated ability to plan, priorities and organize work to achieve goals and meet deadlines
∎ Experienced in the development, review and implementation of a range of human resources-related policies, practices and procedures
∎ Ability to identify strategic HR-related issues, think commercially and laterally, and apply analytical research skills to develop appropriate solutions
∎ Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
∎ Ability to consult at all levels - highly service orientated
∎ Flexible and self-directed with a commitment to energy and drive to ensure goals are achieved
∎ Resilient & detailed focus
∎ A continuous improvement mindset
