∎ We are looking for a self-driven Senior Front-end Software Developer for one of our Australian clients. The company ranges from blockchain-powered experiences to a super App platform that is built using Angular and React. A fast-paced start-up well established in the blockchain and the ethical food supply chain space, we are looking for someone who is a reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is ideal for an experienced developer looking to step into a lead role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with our CTO, other Frontend and Backend Developers, QAs, and UI/UX Designer across different technical challenges in an agile environment
∎ Be an active planner, developer, and contributor to the software architecture
∎ Create systems and tools to facilitate development for growth and speed of execution
∎ Set the future course for development practice including the use of frameworks, libraries, and coding style
∎ Working with the product team to maintain a consistent design language across our products
∎ Ensure responsive design practices are always adhered to
∎ Mentor and review code of your fellow front-end developers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer delivering public-facing web and mobile applications
∎ Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across teams in person and virtually
∎ Collaborative mindset, to participate in a transparent and learning culture with the team
∎ Strong drive to develop high-quality code in a fast-paced environment
∎ Expert in CSS and CSS pre-processors and building JavaScript applications
∎ Experience working with React and/or Angular
∎ Experience building and UI Component Libraries
∎ Strong knowledge of working with web APIs (GraphQL, Next.JS), including both request and streaming variants
∎ Experience working within a DevOps culture
∎ Solid leadership quality with an ownership ability to perform tasks and responsibilities
∎ Database proficiency, including traditional SQL & Document Databases
∎ Experience with Azure/other cloud platforms
∎ Development team leadership experience
