Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all employees;
∎ Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line with company's policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company;
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration, and promotion etc;
∎ Supervise and monitor all personnel functions like Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Incentives, Rewards Management, Promotion, Terminations, disciplinary actions conduct, Leave & Attendance Management;
∎ Ensure performance evaluation process and JD, KPI for all the employees
∎ Ensure proper training & development process
∎ Organizing and assisting in the annual function, cultural function, staff sports day & staff annual picnic etc.
∎ Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual/policy in the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of experience in a similar job
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service (ITES), Software Company

Salary: Negotiable
