Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ • Should be fluent in writing English & Bengali.
∎ • Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ • Ability to adapt and learn about processes and policies quickly in order to provide the appropriate advice to management
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect well with various levels of employees, including handling difficult conversations

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary point of contact for client and staff related matters and questions
∎ • Schedule and readjust clients’ sessions on the software provided by management
∎ • Develop and manage initiatives associated with professional training and development, employee wellness, and organizational culture
∎ • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process; prepare job description, enlist job offer, and oversee the logistics for interview rounds, vet the newly onboarded staffs and prepare the induction programs
∎ • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees
∎ • Manage accurate and efficient payroll process of all staffs such as therapists, caregivers, management
∎ • Provide advice on all aspects of HR policy and practice, including grievance and disciplinary procedures and personnel crisis management.
∎ • Ensure that all key stakeholders are aware of the HR strategy, progress with implementation and their contribution towards its achievement.
∎ • Complete overall monthly reports for the Service manager and support in dealing with employee relations issues
∎ • Take overall responsibility for the Staff Handbook, ensuring that policies are up to date, reflect relevant legislation and good practice, and that the handbook is available and well communicated. Administration
∎ • Manage the administration of all personnel and other HR records, ensuring that records are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
∎ • To do any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year(s) of professional experience in relevant field, preferably focused on HR operations and management
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
