• Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity.

• Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.

• Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.

• Maintaining hub parcel Inventory, delivery success rate, delivery conversion rate.

• Ensuring hub compliance at all aspects.

• Connect with concerned stake holders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.

• Keeping other activities aligned according to supervisor.

• Ensuring regular pickup, connect with merchant for regular pickup, regular return closing.

• Ensuring same day 100% cash deposit and reconciliation.   

• Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub.
