Responsibilities & Context:
Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity.
Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.
Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.
Maintaining hub parcel Inventory, delivery success rate, delivery conversion rate.
Ensuring hub compliance at all aspects.
Connect with concerned stake holders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.
Keeping other activities aligned according to supervisor.
Ensuring regular pickup, connect with merchant for regular pickup, regular return closing.
Ensuring same day 100% cash deposit and reconciliation.
Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub.
