Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline preferably in Law/HRM from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update/Develop HR policies and guidelines align with Bank’s vision and objectives.
∎ Implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Improve the existing process and functions and facilities of the company to ensure efficiency of resources and maximize the return.
∎ Ensure availability of effective devices/tools to follower for manpower recruitment, selection and placement of suitable persons in the job position to increase job efficiency.
∎ Ensure the proper disciplinary proceedings and action as per laws and norms.
∎ Monitoring overall payroll and compensation management.
∎ Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual performance appraisal system.
∎ Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Implementing and revising the company's compensation program as per requirement
∎ Update Organogram, Job description, KPI, Manpower planning, Budgeting, organizational structure from time to time
∎ Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
∎ Executing the recruitment, selection, including advertisements, screening of applications, interview, and selection process, reference checks, and contracts.
∎ Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 (twelve) years of experience in commercial bank out of which 03 (three) years in Human resources Division scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law 2006 as well as other applicable laws & rules
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
∎ Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
∎ Proficiency in written and oral English & Bangl and MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
