Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build up relationship Management in international remittance business and local Partner.
∎
∎ Identify and open new corridors / countries for inward foreign remittances.
∎ Drawing arrangement agreement with New Exchange houses around the globe for enhancement of remittance business.
∎ Execute and negotiate agreements, renewals and amendments drawing arrangements with foreign exchange houses.
∎
∎ Encourage the team to arrange new remittance relationship with Banks and Financial Institutions with local and International Banks and money transfer products.
∎
∎ Manage the research on both foreign and domestic markets, with the use of fundamental and technical analysis.
∎
∎ Review reconciliation sheets and ensure that all sheets are balanced accordingly to the regulations and laws of the industry and Company
∎
∎
∎ Support new products including implantation, testing, and product workflow. Responsible for new product development and coordination with Cash Management in the review, testing and roll out of additional products.
∎
∎ Act as primary liaison with all regulatory agencies and internal/external audit.
∎
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for management and bank committees.
∎ Supervise and monitor overall functions of the Division
∎ Maintain local & international banks to determine RMA relation, Nostro A/C & different points.
∎ Overall supervision and monitoring of foreign exchange operations of the bank through bank's overseas subsidiaries and other exchange houses/correspondences.
∎ Maintenance of Correspondent Banking Relationship (both local and overseas operations) and Bangladesh Bank for smooth foreign remittance related businesses of the bank.
∎ To adopt strategies in terms of foreign remittance acquisition and assist management for further strengthening bank's image & profile in international arena.
∎ Formulate strategies, policies & processes ensuring maximum possible benefits from foreign correspondents
∎ Make effective liaison with foreign correspondents for smooth business relationship and to explore new business.
∎ Keep effective contacts & liaison with concerned Divisions of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12(Twelve) years of experience in relative field out of which 05 (five) as Head/Deputy Head of the Division (International Division/Foreign Remittance/ Foreign Exchange) in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Must have mastering knowledge in Foreign Exchange operations
∎ Strong inter-personal, communication and presentation skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure and very good people dealings with positive attitude.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic mindset.
