  • MBA/BBA in HRM.

  • Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Good knowledge on Labor Law 2006, BLR 2015, Amendment 2025 and & related compliance standard.

  • Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented.

  • Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.

  • Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.

  • Must have problem solving, Leadership, Analytical and decision making skill.

  • Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)

  • Have adequate knowledge on labor act



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.

  • To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.

  • To help probation management process.

  • To ensure performance management process on time.

  • To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.

  • To help the rewards and punishment process.

  • To ensure employee counseling & motivation.

  • To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.

  • Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.

  • Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.

  • Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.

  • Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.

  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it`s disbursement.

  • To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
