Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and presentable HR Officer who can manage global recruitment, evaluate candidate profiles, and maintain a strong backup pool of skilled team members. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, comfortable using AI tools, and confident in communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements in different countries and across various platforms.

• Evaluate candidate applications and check their profiles thoroughly.

• Conduct trial tasks to assess skills and performance.

• Onboard selected candidates and complete documentation.

• Ensure a steady supply of candidates and maintain a reliable backup pool.

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups.

• Schedule and manage recruiting appointments and virtual meetings.

• Maintain professional communication through email and WhatsApp.

• Keep HR documentation, recruitment records, and applicant tracking updated.

• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
