• Confident and presentable, with a modern, professional appearance.

• Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in video shoots (not camera shy).

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage audiences and create a positive impression.

• Ability to represent Campus Transfer in a professional and appealing manner, helping build strong word-of-mouth.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  

• Develop scripts for video content that will be recorded by our global team.
  

• Collaborate with the technical and sales team for promotional content.
  

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  

• Research digital marketing and higher education trends to create fresh, relevant content.
  

• Monitor content performance and assist with monthly marketing reports.
  

• Translate complex ideas into clear, simple, and impactful messages.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred).
  

• A background in Literature or Journalism will be considered an advantage.
  

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken) – strong grammar and creativity required.
  

• At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
  

• (Freshers with exceptional creative skills are encouraged to apply.)
  

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla & English.
  

• Ability to work independently under deadlines with a creative mindset.
  

• Tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn.
  

• Work-from-home position – must be self-disciplined and reliable.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing video scripts, reels, infographics, and creative campaigns.
  

• Knowledge of social media analytics, email marketing, and digital marketing tools.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
