∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
∎ • Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
∎ • Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ • Managing all departmental performance issues.
∎ • Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
∎ • Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theories and methods & provide suitable interpretation to director, managers and staffs within the organization.
∎ • Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
∎ • Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ • Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
∎ • Look after company's day to day administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management, rent & utilities.
∎ • To assist for upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
