We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts and help shape the future of our team. We prefer an experience HR on Lubricants Market representative. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters,
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Any other assignment given related to HR of the company.

• Salary Review: Yearly
