Experience:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Solid understanding of Lubricants Products and their uses in industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Identify potential corporate clients of KBPL from industrial and residential sectors.
Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will fulfill the needs of a customer.
Communicate with consumers to determine their needs and aid them in picking relevant items that match their criteria.
Conduct market research and surveys to acquire knowledge about market trends, possible leads, and sales possibilities.
Meet with new and existing corporate clients, as well as establish new business prospects.
Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring the value proposition.
Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Develop and implement effective programs for improving sales performance to achieve profitability and sales growth.
Coordinate to resolve queries/ service requests or complaints of the customer.
