  • Solid understanding of Lubricants Products and their uses in industrial sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify potential corporate clients of KBPL from industrial and residential sectors.       

  • Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will fulfill the needs of a customer.

  • Communicate with consumers to determine their needs and aid them in picking relevant items that match their criteria.

  • Conduct market research and surveys to acquire knowledge about market trends, possible leads, and sales possibilities.

  • Meet with new and existing corporate clients, as well as establish new business prospects.

  • Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring the value proposition.

  • Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Develop and implement effective programs for improving sales performance to achieve profitability and sales growth.

  • Coordinate to resolve queries/ service requests or complaints of the customer.

  • Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management
